International Tax Advisory: Education and health services will be exempt from VAT

The new Council Directive exempts from VAT all health services, educational and vocational training, at any of their stages or levels

From B Law & Tax we report on the new measures of the Directive 2006/112 of the European Council on the common system of Value Added Tax that exempts services related to education, professional training and health from this tax.
